working principle:

The air passes through the filter, heater, and hot air distribution screen, and the hot air enters the dryer uniformly in a straight line. The liquid is pumped from the liquid tank to the centrifugal atomizer in the dryer through a filter, and the liquid forms extremely small mist droplets under the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation. Misty droplets come into contact with hot air in parallel, causing rapid evaporation of moisture and drying into finished products in a very short period of time. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is extracted and discharged by the fan.
